About the event
If you're into preparing Indian food at home or have ever wondered how a Garam Masala is made or even thought about making your own blend, this is the perfect event for you.
Awaken your senses as we learn about nine different Indian whole spices.
Create your own signature masala blend, which we will grind down and package up for you to take home.
Enjoy some nibbles, inspired by some of Raj‘s signature dishes.
All culinary levels welcome, all you need is a taste for spice and some creativity!
This event is limited to 12 guests, that way everyone has the opportunity to interact, ask any 'burning' questions.
